We Help People
We are neighbors helping neighbors, as members of Saint Vincent de Paul Society in Talbot County, Maryland through the auspices of Saints Peter & Paul Church Conference. Embracing an attitude of caring can transform someone’s life. Join us in our mission to serve those in greatest need.
St. Vincent de Paul in Easton is entirely run by volunteers who give hope and help to families and individuals in so many ways. It’s a worthy organization and many friendships have been forged by people working together.
Opportunities range from the food pantry to sorting donated clothing and housewares to home visits to driving the SVdP truck and helping pick up donations. Do you have experience writing grants or working with computers? Are you creative and have good ideas on how to improve and modernize? Won’t you join our more than 300 volunteers and help serve our Talbot County neighbors struggling with poverty? We really need you and your special talents and skills.
Whether you can give us 3 hours a month or 3 hours a week, we offer a variety of volunteer positions. Some tasks can even be done at home.
